(geb. in Stuttgart) ist Performerin, Schauspielerin und Autorin. In ihrer Praxis verbindet sie Körper, Sprache und Raum. Ihre Arbeiten bewegen sich zwischen Performance, Installation und filmischer Erzählung und erweitern klassische theatralische Formen um Elemente aus Video, Sound und Bewegung.
Demi absolvierte ihre Schauspielausbildung an der Internationalen Schauspielakademie Crearte in Stuttgart und studierte Film- und Theaterwissenschaft an der Freien Universität Berlin. Neben ihrer Tätigkeit für Film, Fernsehen und Theater realisiert sie eigene interdisziplinäre Projekte, die sich an der Schnittstelle von postdramatischem Theater, Performance und site-specific-art verorten.
Von 2018 bis 2023 war sie Teil von Şermola Performans, mit dem sie über zehn Theater- und Performancearbeiten in Köln und Berlin entwickelte — als Performerin, Produzentin und Projektleitung.
In ihrer Arbeit spielt der Körper als Träger von Erinnerung und Widerstand eine zentrale Rolle. 2022 präsentierte sie das Projekt Our Displaced Stories, das unterschiedliche Perspektiven auf Identität(en), Intersektionalität und die Verbindung zu narrativen Strukturen verhandelte.

(born in Stuttgart) is a performer, actor, and author. In her practice, she brings together body, language, and space. Her works move between performance, installation, and cinematic storytelling, expanding classical theatrical forms with elements of video, sound, and movement.
Demi completed her acting training at the International Acting Academy Crearte in Stuttgart and studied Film and Theatre Studies at Freie Universität Berlin. Alongside her work for film, television, and theatre, she develops her own interdisciplinary projects situated at the intersection of postdramatic theatre, performance, and site-specific art.
From 2018 to 2023 she was part of Şermola Performans, with whom she developed more than ten theatre and performance pieces in Cologne and Berlin—as a performer, producer, and project lead.
In her work, the body as a carrier of memory and resistance plays a central role. In 2022 she presented the project Our Displaced Stories, which explored diverse perspectives on identity/identities, intersectionality, and their relationship to narrative structures.
